He is a graduate of Princeton University in New Jersey,where he eamed his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Computer Sciences. Later,he graduated from Harvard University,where he eamed his MBA,and PhD in Management. He was worked 10 years at IBM Military Systems in conjunction with the Defense and Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA),performing in the area of hardened systems,to protect military mainframe and P.C. hardware and software systems. After 10years service with IBM,Prof.Liou accepted a position wording for Seag Corporation in Japan as Special Projects Administrator,for Procurement and Intemational Investment Strategies throughout the Asia \ Pacific Region,a Tenure that endured 15 years. He was responsible for establishing Family Entertainment Centers in over 40 non English speaking countries,where Sega Corporation had an active and grwoing market niche. Today,Prof,Liou serves as a senior Consultant and Lecturer,at the Pacific States Universit in Beijing,with advisory capacity to Senior High Level Management to Chinese Ministry of Information and Chinese Communications Administration throughout various Provinces of the P.R.C

Dr. Clifford (Cliff) R. Kettemborough’s professional background spans almost 30 years. (Europe), Maxicare Health Plans, Inc., Transamerica Financial Services, Corp., and Software Analysis & Management, Inc..
